These terms apply to the public Involiqo website. Product subscriptions and customer accounts are governed by separate customer terms.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Key Pillar AI Ltd, company number 16172894, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 25 Edmund Road, Southsea, England, PO4 0LL.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You can contact us with questions.

2. What this website provides

The website provides general information about Involiqo and lets business users read articles, contact us and request a demonstration. Sending a form does not create a customer contract or guarantee that we will provide the product, a demonstration or any particular commercial terms.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure or another person's data;
  • introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape it abusively or interfere with its operation;
  • misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not entitled to provide;
  • use website content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
  • use the website to carry out unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, our systems or our legal rights.

4. No financial, accounting or tax advice

Website content is general product and business information. It is not financial, accounting, legal or tax advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Examples, figures and interface previews are illustrative and should not be used as the sole basis for a business decision.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care over website content, but it may not always be complete, current or error-free. Product availability and features may change. We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website where reasonably necessary, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

6. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own the website, its design, software, branding and original content. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected material without prior written permission, except where the law permits it.

7. Third-party links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or context. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

8. Responsibility for loss

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this free public website, or for business losses caused by reliance on general website content. Any liability connected with a paid Involiqo service is addressed in the applicable customer agreement.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains the website's use of browser storage and similar technologies.

10. Governing law

These website terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business or the law. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
